It is an imperial chocolate fair that has been held every year since 2016 at the Château de Fontainebleau.
The programme for the three days will include chocolate making demonstrations, tastings and sales, an exhibition of chocolate sculptures, and some fifteen conferences.
Children will enjoy confectionery workshops - on reservation - with the partner. Children and adults can bring their most beautiful cake on the themes of the year. Get cooking!
